Appointment 9:30 for oil change. Also wanted tire rotation and wanted est. On suspension repair and to check engine hesitation problem. At 1:00 after Hunters lunch, he checked said another :15 min. Finally 1:45 he said, going to rain, still want wash? I said no, after waiting for 4.5 hours, I just wanted to go home. He apologized, said he'd take care of bill and we got a blank receipt. No mention of parts changed, no estimate on repairs I was looking for. Very disappointed in whole experience. Just lost my business on repairs that I need done. Seems like the mechanic lost our paperwork and I was completely ignored. More
