I was so glad to meet Mike Riley and had my battery replaced however when I was about to leave the engine light came on. Told him the engine light was not there why so he said drive it back in. He put that little box on and it shows low voltage. Three times he turned off and on the car and it went away. Mike told me to call him when it comes on. I called him 1 hour later when I came home and had to go to school and the light turned on again. He said to bring it back on Monday. I just hope they can find out why it was low voltage when the battery was replaced More
Called on Monday and was easily able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Showed up and signed up as scheduled. Short time later service was completed under my prepaid warranty. Great until you sign the contract. Horrible buying experience in every way. Battery light turning on even though there was this multi point inspection and blah blah blah. Salesman didn’t even know basic features that were/ were not on vehicle. Service manager is the worst and needs to learn how to speak with people. Don’t get mad at me because you couldn’t clear out a safety feature for teens when the vehicle is needing a second key. Don’t turn around and talk down to customers. Every person at talkative dealership made it pretty clear you don’t mean anything to them beyond a commission check unless you are spending money on high end vehicles. You don’t care about the normal person or the person who is just trying to get something they can afford. Beyond the worst experience I have ever had and you all made me absolutely regret ever coming in there! More
