Dropped off my vehicle and only waited about 10 minutes for shuttle to take me home. 15 minutes to closing they called and said they could send someone to pick me up so I could get my car. Service was clos for shuttle to take me home. 15 minutes to closing they called and said they could send someone to pick me up so I could get my car. Service was closed but still a few around and got my car that nite. Thank you for the extra time put in to get me my car that nite. More

Check in was quick and shuttle service was offered to take me home since service could possible take until 5:00. ( Appointment was at 9:30a) Received a text around 2:30 that service was complete and aske take me home since service could possible take until 5:00. I could never get anyone to answer in the service department. Left several messages with no one returning a phone call. I had to drive down to the dealership to talk to someone. I had my car towed to department. Left several messages with no one returning a phone call. I had to drive down to the dealership to talk to someone. I had my car towed to the dealership because it was overheating. I got zero communication from the dealership. I had to drive down so I could talk to someone. They kept telling me they would get to my car. Never did. They had my car for over a month and did absolutely nothing. I finally made a appointment at an actual chevy dealership who got my car in and had it diagnosed it within a day. I could call and talk to people and if I left a message. They called me back. AutoNation has similar bad reviews saying the same thing I am complaining about. So sad to see they are not learning from mistakes or trying to fix the problems. More
