I called before coming to look at a specific car that I saw online and was surprised that the car was put to the side for me to be able to look at and ensure no one else would get it before I got there. Had to replace the timing belt on my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze since it reached 100,000 miles. Also a motor mount was broken and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. After a lack of communication about the progress of my vehicle from my service advisor and the service director, I picked it up to find it had damage from a collision.
