Had 8 am appointment and was told dealership had shuttle service. Upon arriving was told service doesn’t begin until 10am, would have been nice if i was told that in the beginning. Leo was very respectful, friendly and as helpful as he could be but I’m disappointed in how disorganized the process was and how your sister dealerships do not operate as one team.
