I called the phone # given & i get a Service Department in Texas, the employee says he can only setup an oil change for me. I dont live in Texas & I don't need an oil change! He gives me my last Service Advisor's phone #, i call it several times & no answer... so i left a message. I call the dealership directly to speak to the operator, again... no answer. I call 7 times & still no answer, theres no option to leave a message. All ive got from the dealership is automated answering machines that take no message.
