The dealership is average. Not really an explanation of what was going to be done either, just a “yeah you won’t be able to see that anything was there and it should be done around 5” it was fixed just fine but if I had done that to someone’s new car I would be apologizing in person, greeting people happily upon drop off and just trying to go above and beyond. Didn’t feel that vibe from anyone there. I’m thankful the service was completed but really bummed that we even had to come back due to someone’s negligence on my new expensive car. I wish they would’ve at least detailed the inside or had done something extra to say sorry. More
This was the worst oil change I've ever received! ! I arrived at 7:55am and pulled up to Bay1 where I was supposed to be met to turn in my car. I sat there for at least 5 minutes and no one came out ! I arrived at 7:55am and pulled up to Bay1 where I was supposed to be met to turn in my car. I sat there for at least 5 minutes and no one came out of the office in front of me (with windows). I finally got out of my car and asked another employee, 'Who is supposed to help me?' That is when my contact, Brooklyn, popped her head up in the office window in front of my car and came out to help. She tried to be nice, but I was very irritated by then as I still had to be home by 9:30am to go to work. I let her take my car for an oil change and went into the guest area. I looked at my phone and it was 9:15am. I asked an employee there, When will my car be done? He said he will go check. When he came back he said about another 30min. I said, "What??" I went out to speak to Brooklyn about the time frame. She advised oil changes take about 1.5-2 hours. I have NEVER had an oil change take 2 hours!!! Brooklyn provided the WORST customer service I've EVER received!!! Atrocious!! More
