Open and airy- felt welcome when I came to test drive. Looked and test drove 2-3 before I found the Blazer. Not sure why, but there were only 2 Blazers on the lot- I ended up buying one of them. The No Looked and test drove 2-3 before I found the Blazer. Not sure why, but there were only 2 Blazers on the lot- I ended up buying one of them. The No Pressure sales tactic worked with me because I do not like being pushed on buying. My sales associate was super chill as well. Very nice, responsive and took his time with me. More
Tony Grimsley was very helpful during the sale and post sale process. He explained everything to know about the vehicle. And did everything to make the transaction easier. I highly recommend him if you a sale process. He explained everything to know about the vehicle. And did everything to make the transaction easier. I went in for my 5th annual checkup on a new car I purchased from them. Expressed my concern to service advisor Thomas about passing emissions since my car is now 5 years old. He stated that my car purchased from them. Expressed my concern to service advisor Thomas about passing emissions since my car is now 5 years old. He stated that my car will pass "unless your check engine light is on." He asked if my check engine light was on. Excuse me, but I've had cars fail emissions plenty of times, and the check engine light wasn't on. I was waiting in their lounge when he called me on the phone to tell me about needing a new battery. I told him that I already knew that was a possibility. I asked if they were running any battery specials and he said, "there are battery specials, but not for the Chevy Spark." When I needed to check out with him, I showed him the email I received that indicated a $20 off special on ALL batteries. Then he asked me if I wanted the $20 off the oil change or the battery as they were running two specials? What the heck difference does it make? I don't know if Thomas was testy because I am old or a woman. Nice way to treat a repeat customer. He also didn't ask if I wanted to use my Chevrolet Rewards points for this purchase. Time to find a different provider for my vehicle maintenance. Also, both the oil change and the battery cost excessively more than other repair shops. More
