I only take my car in to get serviced at this location. The staff is always fast and friendly. This is the first time i did something other than routine car maintenance and everything went smoothly. Johnny Ribeiro provided EXCELLENT customer service. He gave me frequent updates, clear explanations, and answered all my questions. I normally have great service here at AutoNation of Mesa at Superstition Springs. The only real problem I have is the quality of my vehicle, the 2018 Chevy Malibu. . I have taken it in three times for the same issue...a malfunction with the on screen display and gear shift mechanism. I turn off the car, place it into park, and the on screen display says "Please Shift to Park". Sounds like a simple fix right? Nope! Another $500 down the drain. Seems like a scam only to get customers to come in every few years. On a side note my wife owns a 2013 Chevy Sonic that we NEVER have to take into the shop. She drives much further to work (15 miles to my 4 miles)...my car is much newer. We both are safe drivers but I am still paying hundreds of dollars for what seems to be simple repair on the computer screen. PLEASE ADDRESS THE ON SCREEN DISPLAY ISSUE AS IT RELATES TO THE GEAR SHIFTER...IT IS GETTING VERY ANNOYING HAVING TO PAY $500 FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE. More

Dropped my car off on Monday, and Tuesday and received a call letting me know what was wrong. It will take a week to get the part so they sent the courtesy shuttle to my house to pick the car up. Brought my car in for service, Michael Riley was my service writer, I was of course 30 minutes late for my appointment Mr Riley's customer service skills were excellent! Michael was upbeat, helpful and service writer, I was of course 30 minutes late for my appointment Mr Riley's customer service skills were excellent! Michael was upbeat, helpful and made me feel like this particular Chevy dealership actually appreciated my business. I was able to meet the general manager Shane Wolfe who obviously knows the value of repeat and referral business. I never write reviews but outstanding customer service should be recognized and unfortunately in today's business world it's the exception not the rule. Thanks superstition springs Chevy. More
