Vincent Anselmo was a disappointment. When we met him, he acted friendly, caring. I call him back every day after that, even went to the dealership and I was told he would call me back the next day, but he didn't. So, I whole week and a half went buy and he didn't call me back until I told the salesman that I would contact the general manager. Until then, he call me back in a very rude tone and said he didn't understand me. Bottom line, he makes no effort to contact me in person and I told him, that if he didn't get my financial done then I want to do it through my CU with their car care package. After waiting for a week and not hearing from him, I went to see the finance director of autonation Chevrolet and they were all in meetings then after 30 mins. I was told to they were going to be in another meeting and to wait there. However, I left and told an officer I would ask them to call me back. I never got a call back. On Saturday and Sunday And today Monday I called and left message even for Juan Bermudez and nobody is calling back. Two weeks later I called the salesman and he told me that my finance was okay, and I didn't have to worry anymore. Yet, nobody told me who may financial company is. A month after I purchased the vehicle, I still have no information on what is going on with my financing. The whole finance department never called me back and never cared. Don't go there. More
It was horrible to have to wait 2 hours to get an oil change!! If they are that busy, then they need to start scheduling the appointments further apart!! Was told it would be a 2 hour wait; turned out to be approximatel 2 hours and 45 min due to having to order the part: which was ok with me.
