Woman on phone could barely speak English. Had to tell her three times I had a diesel needing a LOF. Finally, she told me the starting price for a LOF on a diesel was $329 or about that. The financial officer did not show me the Retail Purchase Agreement while l was buying this vehicle. Instead, he just wrote down the final cost on his business card. When I got home, I found the RPA mixed in Agreement while l was buying this vehicle. Instead, he just wrote down the final cost on his business card. When I got home, I found the RPA mixed in with a bunch of other papers in the folder he gave me. On looking at it I saw a rebate of ‘$3591 which is exactly the amount of points I had on my GM card. This is no rebate, this is my money. Also was led to believe that I would be getting a discount_ but it was not there, Further, it says that the Xgel paint protection Film cost $799 but it is not on the vehicle. So, I need to talk to someone about these issues. More

My service appointment was made for a reasonable amount of time. Wes was very thorough upon the inspection of my vehicle, he found a nail in one of the tires that I didn’t know about.
