I have only used this dealership for service. My regular service advisor moved away so it has been a struggle finding someone that can meet her high standard. I was there today and tried a new advisor that I believe is new to the industry. In one word... terrible! I have never been treated so badly and with very little interest. Comments about my car were ignored, items I wanted looked into were not, attitude was unacceptable. The only bright spot was the woman who works the cashier desk. She has always been and continues to be outstanding! I hope that there is a management team in place to be able to correct these issues. At this point, I am not sure I will go back for future service. That is too bad since I have been going there for several years. More
