While the sales team was as helpful as possible, their service department and ethics are lacking. I was told from the get go that the used car we were interested in needed a new fuel tank. Instead of replacing the tank, they replaced a hose that didn't need replacing. They supposedly did a 50 point inspection on the car but checked off everything on the 125 point inspection sheet. When asked which 50 of the 125 checked off were really inspected, no one knew the answer. The car ended up leaking gas all over my driveway the night we brought it home. I took it to the mechanic and it needed several thousand dollars worth of work that the dealership wasn't willing to do. More

We are very pleased with the service that we received. Our Service Advisor worked diligently at getting extended warranty approval from Veritas.
