After returning to Power Chevrolet again, I was finally able to resolve a lot of issues with the General Manager, Warren. He was there waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment, and he listened to everything I had to say and all the issues I had in the past. They found that my car had the wrong size rotors so Warren approved to have the rotors and pads replaced for free. They also shuttled me to and from my appointment so I wouldn't have to wait there all day. This is the first time I felt I was truly understood and appreciated as a customer. Warren assured me that he's working on customer service throughout their dealership, so next time I need a repair done I won't have to go to the general manager to receive the same treatment.
