After telling the internet manager Jake Patten multiple times to stop contacting me, and that I had no intention of buying a car from him or this dealership. He has tried to contact me again and again, and times to stop contacting me, and that I had no intention of buying a car from him or this dealership. He has tried to contact me again and again, and called my phone today. I don't know how to get it through to him, and get him to stop harrassing me. I've talked to multiple dealerships, and he has contacted me about the same as every sales person and dealership combined. Annoying doesn't even come close to what Jake Patten is. More
I went to autonation Chevrolet in Gilbert and the service was incredible. From our salesman Antonio, to all of the guys in finance they worked really hard to get me into my new truck. I was in tears after San Tan Ford salesman called and told me my car needed a part that would take 4 months and told me I needed to get a new car and tried to put me in a new SUV with $700 a month payments to find out my car was not even looked at by the service department yet. The part took a week and I drove away with $4000 in warranty work and took it to Autonation Chevrolette Superstition Springs who got me into a new mustang. I am so happy with how I was treated by Autonation Chevrolette and the honesty within that company. More
I purchased a new car over the phone and they were more than accommodating in helping me execute the purchase and arranging a time to pick up. The only critique I'd have was the time it took for them to re than accommodating in helping me execute the purchase and arranging a time to pick up. The only critique I'd have was the time it took for them to recognize a wire transfer. My experience with wire transfers is they happen within hours. The corporate structure of AutoNation strung this out to 3 days delaying my payment and ability to pick up the car. More

Took car in for service for a battery that had exploded in 2015. 6 years later that explosion on the battery cost me $2200 to get my car fixed. They tried to contact this dealership as well as myself and we never received a phone call back. Mr Wolfe is the GM, I had left several messages and he never called back. This dealership sucks, always had issues since I bought car from them. One time I took in for an oil change and they put down that they checked everything off. Well my coolant reservoir was nearly empty. This dealership is known to screw people over. I have heard from several people. More
