When I told my service advisor that the recall job had to be done by 3:00PM, he said no way. After I left, he went to his techs and pleaded with them to get it done by 3:00PM. We came to Auto Nation in Mesa in a dilemma. Our 2020 Chevy Suburban’s A/C went out and we were getting ready to make a 3 month road trip. Unfortunately they had no Suburbans nor any other kind of SUV’s on their lot nor any of their other sister lots, so we settled on a 2022 Chevy Silverado.
