I am very pleased with the service of my Chevy Volt. I had to take it in to have the metal plates installed around the battery pack. They also did a software update and replaced the charging cord. In addition, I had to have my tires rotated as it is at 15,000 miles. I also had them check one of my tires since it kept running low. It turned out to have a screw on the inside wall of the tire. It could not be repaired. It cost $210 to be replaced. Ouch. They completed the service within 2 days. They even cleaned my car inside and out, charged my batteries, and filled my tank! Wow! I am very pleased with my Volt and the service I received from Fox of Laurel. I have had no problems with it. My only cost in maintaining my Volt was the tire replacement. Thank you so much. More
I have a typical "hard luck" story a lot of people have these days. When the transmission started to go out on my old truck, I started looking for a replacement. I was turned down by several dealerships without even any effort to help me! Chris Parkerson from Fox called me and I knew I was set. I've purchased from Fox before, and they've always treated me right and put me in a car. Chris is definitely the best yet, he put me in a brand new car with a deal I still can't believe! He saved me $750 just by randomly asking if I was a USAA member, most sales people don't care that much. On top of all that, I was in and out in under 2 hours with my new car. 2 HOURS! I'm a 50% disabled vet, and can't stand or sit around long without being in a lot of pain. Buying a car from Chris Parkerson at Fox was absolutely PAIN FREE! More

I found Fox through an Internet se doing business with Fox of Laurel. I knew what vehicle I wanted - a 45th Anniversary 2012 Camaro Convertible SS. I found Fox through an Internet search, e-mailed them what I wanted to buy and made an appointment. The first appointment took less than 30 minutes and I had a great offer to consider. I returned the next business day and made a deposit for a factory order. I had the actual order number for the car before I left the showroom! The next day I saw status “Order Placed” at www.chevrolet.com/ordertracking. This is just an amazing and pleasant experience buying a car with today’s technology – thanks to professionals like the staff at Fox! Let me also note that I'm driving an hour each way in DC traffic to the Fox dealership because it's worth driving past the many other dealers closer to me. More

No pressure, none, they listened, they asked what I wanted, did everything that they could to make this posible. My wife hates shopping for cars, so I do the leg work and bring her in for the final approval. Once we agreeded on everything, Scott told me when I brought her in it would be zip, zip and done. It went just like he said. It took all of 10 minutes. The price was fair, Scott the Business manager went to battle with the banks to get us the best rate, Medley the Sales Manager found us a bed liner for our new truck, and everyone walked away happy. I am not the easiest person to deal with, but it all went really well and I was not stressed. I feel comfortable reccomending this this dealer. They have earned my business. I was in the market for a 2011 Chevy Malibu and had comparison shopped at either 5 or 6 Chevy dealerships in the local market. Even though this dealership has already wasted enough of our time, this is for the rest of you car buyers out there. The communication between sales person and manager was poor. Even though the sales person was friendly, the customer service between sales and management was poor. A week after the first visit we're back in the dealership because the salesman called to grant us our offer, not being organized, he lost our folder with my photocopied license. Then came back to us with the figures we already refused twice (once the week before and once on the phone a few days before). I was not impressed by this dealership at all! The last visit, we left there late, hungry, disrespected and without a car. I wouldn't have minded the late and hungry if we at least received respect and great customer service. More
