Horrible customer service, atmosphere is not professional at all, you're not greeted or helped unless you approach the desk yourself. Dropped my car off the evening before and never received a follow up call at all, you're not greeted or helped unless you approach the desk yourself. Dropped my car off the evening before and never received a follow up call from Tony. I called several times that morning and left vm, as well. When I arrived, once Tony was off the phone I asked was he going call me and his response was "we have been busy all morning". I was given my keys by a nice gentleman and was told my car was out in the front. I went outside and wasn't able to find my car right away, I went back inside and requested to speak to supervisor because there is no way I should have to search for my car, when there were 4 other people that worked there just sitting around talking among themselves. The supervisor assured me the issue would be addressed. Horrible customer service, will not return here. More
