I had a 9:00am appointment for an oil change. I decided to also have a tune up since there was a special. At 9:45 I was told it would be about an hour and a half. I’m always impressed with any sales person that can remember me and details from one visit. I came in one day just to get my car appraised and Keith and Jerry helped me with that. I came back about a month or so later ready to purchase and Keith remembered me as soon as I walked through the door. Keith and Jerry helped me tremendously with finding the car that had everything I wanted and within my price range. I was getting ready to settled for a car of much lesser value that didn’t have everything I wanted but Keith was able to work with me so that I could get everything I wanted in the car and it was not above my price range. They were so patient with me especially when I had difficulties with receiving my car title from another state that I was trading in. I just knew the whole deal was going to fall through after that but Keith trusted me to do what needed to be done so that I could have my car. Not to add, they were both very sweet to my 3 y/o daughter and even entertained her wanting to buy a corvette lol! I can’t remember the guys name in financing but he was great too. As a woman, purchasing a car by myself, I never felt that they were trying to swindle me or say a bunch of car/ sale-sy words to make me pay more than what I needed to.
