Been leasing vehicles with AN Laurel for over 20 years going back to those mini-van days (😣 yuck!) of the early 2000s… through today’s tough-to-get Chevy Colorados, which they perfectly special ordered a going back to those mini-van days (😣 yuck!) of the early 2000s… through today’s tough-to-get Chevy Colorados, which they perfectly special ordered and delivered.. scant inventory due to Covid and supply chain problems did not damper the sales staff enthusiasm and the finance team from working with me in providing the deal I wanted.. will continue to lease from AN as long as I’m in the area.. great job! I dropped my car off the night before my 9:00 am appointment for my oil change with the understanding I would be there that afternoon to pick it up. When I got there to pick up my car, they spent 2 appointment for my oil change with the understanding I would be there that afternoon to pick it up. When I got there to pick up my car, they spent 20-30 minutes looking for the paperwork which ended up being in the tech's toolbox. When he came up with the paperwork, he was smiling and said he hadn't gotten to it yet because he was busy all day doing oil changes. Needless to say I was very upset. He was told to do it immediately and never apologized for the hassle or anything else. When I bought my car here, my sales person was wonderful. However, I have not had a great experience with the service dept. More

4 stars because I had to wait much longer than anticipated, however. Scott was the best, kept me updated on the progress of my services and explained recommended services so well. I purchased a 2019 Ram 2500, I would not buy from AutoNation again. Richard was very friendly, although I scheduled our visit 4 days in advance the vehicle was not ready to show. My expectation wo AutoNation again. Richard was very friendly, although I scheduled our visit 4 days in advance the vehicle was not ready to show. My expectation would be it was cleaned and on the lot when we arrived, reality it was not even on the lot and no one prepared the vehicle to show. No one was able to answer any questions about the vehicle or showed us the features, although this is a Chevy dealer, my expectation would be to do a little homework and have the ability to answer questions. After signing the paperwork, I was informed they only had one key fob. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know considering they cost about $400 to replace. The icing on the cake was part my fault for not observing the vehicle did not have the same tires on the front and rear (All weather on the front, Off road on the back) 2 very different tread patterns that if not corrected would wear incorrectly. Actually the rear tires do not meet the specs for the truck, They are light duty on a heavy duty truck and are a major safety issue while towing which is what most people do when buying a 2500. Response from the dealer, tough luck it passed inspection... More
