I recently had my 2013 Chevy Volt serviced. The service has greatly improved. They have a new texting system, where I can just text my service advisor rather than wait for him to pick up the ph The service has greatly improved. They have a new texting system, where I can just text my service advisor rather than wait for him to pick up the phone, which is the past was sometimes never. Scott was very responsive to my texts and texted me when my car was done. In the past, I sometimes had to call, because no one told me that my car was ready. I also liked that he knew what Chevy points were. In the past I would bring in my $20 off vouchers and no one knew what they were. I appreciated that he could log into the system and use any points I had towards the service cost. More
