I took it to another dealer and the first thing they said was the computer wasn't reading anything.. Auto Nation stated the other dealer plugged it in the wrong port🙄..after back and forth with Auto Nation and the van sitting with nobody working on it for weeks because they claim they couldn't figure it out ..I asked for my money back.. now magically they figured it out..the computer was broken/trash.. Y was this not caught during the so called inspection? I was promised they would pay my first car payment to compensate for my bad experience.. its been over a year!..and I still haven't received it after many calls and text.. also the muffler fell off a few months after I bought it due to rust..again how was this not caught during the so called inspection?..and it still has a power loss issue.. Terrible service! My vehicle sat in the parking lot and wasn't looked at for almost two weeks. I got a Tow service to pick up my vehicle, and it was taken to another My vehicle sat in the parking lot and wasn't looked at for almost two weeks. My moto is to praise in public and criticize in private. This one I can't keep to myself. Lack of communication all the way around, don't deliver in a timely manner, too many apologies, but do take respon This one I can't keep to myself. I was informed that the car was ready for pick up (excited!!!!). Then while the vehicle was in their possession I get the car back and there was body damage which again yet another horrible experience!!! I can go on but I will park it here in hopes that a valuable lesson was learned by each party. In the spirit of keeping it real we al have to do better. More
