I was promised my truck on 05/10/2024 I received a call and was told they couldn’t complete the job because they needed a special tool….. I work at a dealership and have experience in the automotive field and was told they couldn’t complete the job because they needed a special tool….. I work at a dealership and have experience in the automotive field and they are playing with my intelligence…. YOU DO NOT NEED A SPECIAL TOOL TO CHANGE FRONT AIR BAGS ON THE SUSPENSION….. I asked for a manager to call me and they didn’t…. The problem I’m having is saying it’s the suspension module which is a couple hundred dollars and they said I need new suspension airbags which is 3k… I really don’t believe what they are saying after the lies… WATCH THIS PLACE….. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was also told they only have 2 mechanics so hey are going to rob you blind make up for their losses. More

I had a very pleasant experience at AutoNation with my sales representative Jerry. He made sure we had water to drink and that we were comfortable, and gave thorough explanations throughout the time spen sales representative Jerry. He even make sure that when we exited onto 198, that the traffic was clear. Jerry was very knowledgeable about the car. I did not need financing, but I was still offered a different extended warranties and that was the only information I felt was thrust on me. When I asked about the battery , because the car had given trouble to start because someone left the lights on, service department, put a new battery in. So all in all a smooth experience. More
