I'm happy with the service I received and I recommend them to you. I was warmly greeted and despite not having an appointment, I was able to drop off my vehicle for an oil and filter change, air filter c them to you. The price were in line with the competition and I even got a video of the techs doing the work. I had to go to work and when my vehicle was ready, the shuttle service to picked me up and drove me back to the dealership! That's above and beyond. Good Service! The only negative is that the management still has those pointless plastic barriers up that do nothing to prevent the common cold but only hinder good communication and slow down the over transaction. Dropped off vehicle because power windows are not working, James Dekohary said they could not find anything wrong with the controls. Went to pick up my vehicle and had to show James that the windows working, James Dekohary said they could not find anything wrong with the controls. Went to pick up my vehicle and had to show James that the windows were not working. Talked to Manager James Seamans about this issue. Mr. Dekohary told Mr. Seamans he tried my windows 3 times and were working fine. SORRY NOT TRUE, they weren't working when I dropped it off or when I picked it up. Had to reschedule my appointment, time just wasted! Mr. Dekohary said his electrician was out till next week, maybe that is why he tried saying what he said but still not right!! I bought my car there with extended warranty to keep it in good shape and couldn't get any good service out of this dealership! More
