Took my car in to get checked due to diagnostic alerts I was receiving. Was told I would have to leave my vehicle there overnight. Over three hours for an oil change with an appointment. Made an appointment for 10am arrived at 9:45am and they finished at 1:15pm. Only reason I come here is because I was talked into getting the Vehicle Care Package that comes with 10 free oil changes...not worth it. I will be going to Firestone for service from now on. More
