Communicated well until I drove off the lot. I drove 5 hours to buy this car, 2 hours into the drive home, the screen in the blazer went out and the moonroof started rattling. I called my salesman, he ignored me until the next day, then told me to take it to any Chevrolet dealership because it was still under warranty, something I had already figured out about the day before by myself. Made an appointment, found out the moonroof had been tampered with by either the previous owner or the dealership meaning the warranty will not cover it. Tried to contact my salesman, manager, and dealership and have only gotten, “let me get your name and number and we’ll have someone call you back.” Still nothing. I didn’t spend almost $40,000, put money down and drove 10 hours to get crickets when they are faced with an issue they need to be responsible for. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They said my car was repaired…. i paid and picked it up ….the very same day the issue reoccurred…..I took the car back….they had it over a month ….then they tell me they are giving u i paid and picked it up ….the very same day the issue reoccurred…..I took the car back….they had it over a month ….then they tell me they are giving up and cannot fix it, but they offer no refund for the parts and labor they threw at the issue. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. I’ll never let them touch any of my cars again. More
