I walked in upset about my car. I spoke with Andres and he eased my mind. He was very calm and understanding. He explained that the dealer had no loaner cars but I could get a renta I spoke with Andres and he eased my mind. He was very calm and understanding. He explained that the dealer had no loaner cars but I could get a rental and I would be reimbursed. He also insured me that my car would be done as quick as it could. He kept his word and it was done within 48 hours. Yall should hire more employees like him. He's my go to person at this dealership. More
