I had a difficult case for a repair through CarShield. I needed a total engine replacement. CarShield did not make the repair process easy for my service advisor in any way. They were able to mitigate all of the delays and put me in a vehicle despite the insurance limitations. The final outcome was a vehicle that was well repaired and all of the details were covered.
