En diciembre de 2023 compramos un vehículo en esta ubicación, todos muy amigables durante la gestión de compra, posteriormente descubrimos que el coche tenia desperfectos que estaban dentro de cobertu ubicación, todos muy amigables durante la gestión de compra, posteriormente descubrimos que el coche tenia desperfectos que estaban dentro de cobertura de la garantía que ofrecen, adicionalmente comenzó a ser evidente un intenso mal olor que al comienzo estaba enmascarado con ambientadores, significo cambiar filtros de aire y mucho dinero en limpiezas. Desafortunadamente fue imposible que alguien se hiciese responsable, no respondían el telefono, y nadie nos daba una respuesta concreta. Paso el tiempo de la garantía y no conseguimos que cumplieran con lo acordado. Al momento de la compra nos ofrecieron que en lugar de un descuento nos darían un cheque reembolsando la cantidad correspondiente al descuento, 6 meses mas tarde aun nadie sabe que ha pasado y Brian (el nuevo bully gerente) es un mal educado que responde en forma muy agresiva , seguramente con la intención de intimidar para no atender a los reclamos y evitar dar soluciones reales. NO recomiendo comprar en esta ubicación en absoluto, tanto el gerente como algunos de los empleados son muy amigables antes de comprar, pero una vez que ya tienen tu dinero su actitud es agresiva como quizás mecanismo de defensa para no cumplir con lo que ofrecen, 5 estrellas en malas practicas y deshonestidad a este dealer In December 2023 we bought a vehicle at this location, everyone was very friendly during the purchase process, we later discovered that the car had defects that were covered by the warranty they offer, additionally an intense bad smell began to be evident that at the beginning It was masked with air fresheners, which meant changing air filters and a lot of money on cleaning. Unfortunately it was impossible for anyone to take responsibility, they didn't answer the phone, and no one gave us a concrete answer. The warranty time passed and we couldn't get them to comply with what was agreed. At the time of purchase they offered us that instead of a discount they would give us a check refunding the amount corresponding to the discount, 6 months later still no one knows what has happened and Brian (the new bully manager) is a rude person who responds in a very aggressive manner, probably with the intent to intimidate to avoid taking responsibility or solve any issues. I DO NOT recommend buying at this location at all, both the manager and some of the employees are very friendly before buying, but once they have your money their attitude is aggressive as perhaps a defense mechanism to not comply with what they offer, 5 stars for bad practices and dishonesty to this dealer More
