Some Service advisors laughing and making inside jokes, not professional. Was not informed that they couldn’t find my wheel look to do the tire rotation, didn’t even tell me when I picked up, so they didn’ not professional. Was not informed that they couldn’t find my wheel look to do the tire rotation, didn’t even tell me when I picked up, so they didn’t do it and I had to take the truck back for the rotation. After having my tires and wheels stolen, I assumed it was going to take about a week to have everything replaced. AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway, had everything complete within 36 hours. This Autonation dealership was the worse one I’ve ever bought a car from. The day of purchase I encountered a couple minor issues. When I called my sales guy the next day to report it, he promised to acco bought a car from. The day of purchase I encountered a couple minor issues. When I called my sales guy the next day to report it, he promised to accommodate the problems. However, I never heard from him again. So not only did I drive off with an empty gas tank on my new vehicle but also ended up loosing a hub cap that was not properly installed. Seems like once u drive off this dealership you are on your own! Personally I will never buy from Autonation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway location again. And to think my husband was going to purchase his new truck from there as well…nope not anymore. More
