I was overall very pleased with my interaction. Most surprising was when I asked for a Pre Purchase Inspection they actually removed the car from the website as available which I thought was above Most surprising was when I asked for a Pre Purchase Inspection they actually removed the car from the website as available which I thought was above and beyond. Additionally, they were very communicative. I would up purchasing the vehicle and they made the process easy. Only negative is that they told me they were going to remove tint (due to it being too dark) on vehicle but wound up not doing it and they left adhesive residue all over the inside of the front window while the rest of the car while reasonably detailed and clean. Haven't had the tint tested to confirm if it is below legal limit or not but I wanted tint so wasn't something I was upset at outside of lack of communication. More

The service writer and tech did a very well job of keeping me informed on each step that my truck went through. The truck was even cleaned on the outside not leaving any indication of the truck bein keeping me informed on each step that my truck went through.
