I was not happy! Wednesday I get a call that it would not be ready until the next day, and again, IM NOT HAPPY!! I finally get the truck that Thursday. I've had the truck about a week now and the air conditioner is acting up and I now suspect that was the delay in the make ready. I suspect this dealer knew there was a problem and tried to correct it, but it still exists. I have no warranty and now wish I'd never looked at this truck!!!!! More

Someone needs to have a chat with the lady that answers the phone and makes the service appointments. The information she gave me was very inaccurate and left me extremely furious after I drove over an ho the phone and makes the service appointments. The information she gave me was very inaccurate and left me extremely furious after I drove over an hour to get there and drop my truck off for repair. The first employee I delt with was short with me and didn't know how to deal with a furious customer. The manager is definitely a lot better with dealing with angry customers and I was able able to calm down and talk with him. The assistant manager is who was assigned my truck, he wasn't there the day of drop off. He called me a couple of days later to let me know what was happening with my truck. On the day of picking up my truck, the assistant manager was very friendly and professional. I explained to him what happened to me when I dropped my truck off and he said he was going to address it. He agreed that there is miscommunication with the lady answering the phone making the appointments. More
