When you purchase a new auto they are the best. But if you use their services center expect a LONG wait. Even an oil change is a two hour plus wait and that WITH an appointment. We got a great deal after communicating for a few days on the price. Spoke with Steve Cook who got it all started and connected me with Kevin Wesson. Kevin was exceptional- he was informative, friendly and the price. Spoke with Steve Cook who got it all started and connected me with Kevin Wesson. Kevin was exceptional- he was informative, friendly and quick to respond when I would text or email. The whole process was very smooth. Christian was our finance guy and he was not pushy with trying to sell other items, which is a nice change, he was friendly as well. Overall a great experience and I am super happy with my purchase. Darryl was our sales guy was great definitely a straight shooter, little back and forth with the financing but not unusual when buying a pre-own vehicle. A week later when doing my first wash I notice the t shooter, little back and forth with the financing but not unusual when buying a pre-own vehicle. A week later when doing my first wash I notice the truck had some sort of paint work done on the driver side on the fender and there was spray over of either primer or dusting from sanding all around the fender panel, had I seen it probably would have passed up on it since the selling price was as much as a new truck on a lower trim level because of the low miles and just being a year old. Long story short took it back and they did cleaned around the panel and buffed the paint and now it does look like nothing was every done to the truck. More
