I’ll first start off by saying I love my car. The day in itself was hectic but the job got done and the goal was completed. I knew what I wanted going in so I had that on my side. I requested a test ride in a 2025 Equinox and was paired up with Juan. When I walked I was greeted by all salesmen except Juan which immediately did not make me feel good. While I ignored that feeling I kept going with him, did the test drive and I loved the car itself and had already done so much research on it so I knew what I was getting for the most part. I did bring my father along because I hate car shopping and am not good at it so why not. Anywho, when it came down to negotiate, he came me the itemized list- I caution anyone who is paired with Juan to ensure you are being explained EVERYTHING in detail as he skimmed (that is nicely putting it). After going back and forth with my bank I came back to the dealership to finalize everything and that is when I had asked about a couple of items (that I already agreed to pay for mind you) and that is when he accused myself and my father of him not doing his job, waved his hands at us and got up from us and walked away. We were just trying to tell him that we just wanted transparency on these couple of items that i necessarily didn’t have to pay for. His manager did come by and apologize and was wonderful about the situation and Juan did apologize about the misunderstanding, however I am still out $1400 because of it. The finance department was wonderful, she put up with my fathers jokes and I walked out with a great new car. Other than the lack of transparency with Juan I would recommend this dealership if this is something they were to willing to work with their staff on. More

I had a rough start while shopping for the Colarado I was hoping to buy. My salesman wasn’t communicating with me to my standards. Wonderful experience, Maurice was very professional, yet down to earth. He wasn’t pressuring me and my wife to purchase a car. He was very communicative even before we got to the dealership.
