My service rep Michael Fox did a great job of taking care of my Vette issues as did his supervisor. When I left the car tere it picked up a large bolt and washer inthe front tire. The Serv. Mgr agreed to rep of my Vette issues as did his supervisor. When I left the car tere it picked up a large bolt and washer inthe front tire. The Serv. Mgr agreed to replace the tire and I was out of there in 90 minutes. Having bought 2 vettes there I have always found the service personnel very knowledgeable and understanding fo the owner's perspective which sometimes can be emotional; particularly for Vette owners!! Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change, which took over 2 hours. When I called I asked if I need an appointment, it is recommended so you don't have to wait, well still waited way to long. The service representative that I had was very unprofessional. No arguments or anything but his attitude through the whole experience was very unsatisfactory.
