With the help of GM Joseph Giummo, CFS Christina Goodwin, and Sales Associate Starlin Nunez I was able to trade in my 2020 GMC 1500 Denali for a new Chevrolet 2500 HighCountry. The parameters of the deal I asked for wasn’t easy and with the limited stock available to dealerships in this era, I wasn’t sure if we could achieve the deal. To my surprise and with the help of everyone involved we made it happen. I wanted to take the extra time to write this email, because the names mentioned in it, deserve the commendation.
