I took my car to Michael Fox. I dropped it off with an appt and I did it early in the morning. Two days passed and I get no call to update me on the status of my car. I called about 12 times and half of that time I was told someone will call me with an update. It was a terrible experience. I lost two days of work because I work in Broward and I couldn't do Uber. I asked for a rental to no avail. I never been treated like that at a dealership with a car that has a full warranty. The driver who took me home after i dropped it off was great and very friendly. Besides him and Richard the manager the service was very, very bad. More

Currently my wife's 2012 C since 1985 (my first new truck when it was Steve Moore) and have serviced the cars/trucks here while still under warranty. Currently my wife's 2012 Camaro, my 2018 Silverado, our son's 2001 SS Camaro were all purchased from this location. I understand the volume of cars being serviced at this time is high but would have liked to have been updated maybe daily on the progress as I was in limbo not knowing and having to put gas in the rental car each day not knowing when it would be completed.
