We originally bought a SUV from this dealership back in 2013 without any problems so we decided to come back for another one in 2022. The buying process was nice and they even CPO our new (used) SUV. With that said days later we wanted to buy a second car from them. This car had only 8K miles. GM offered us a financing option but Chevrolet would not CPO it. Upon inspection the rear tires has about 25% tread life remaining. Although it passed safely requirements, a car with those miles should not have worn tires. Had to go back and forth and wait for parts for this car to pass MY inspection which took days. I got frustrated and walked away from the deal. This dealership could have recieved a total of $140K from us but tried to play hard ball and lost. As I was walking out of the door they offered to CPO the car....Too late! I will say that the service department needs an overhaul. Go to a Porsche Lexus dealership and compare the two. I'm just saying. I want to support USA products but we are way behind with the "service after the sale" concepts. More
I had my vehicle towed in on a Friday because it would not start. Gus, the service representative took me right away and completed the paperwork for the problem I was having. He checked with the service manager about a part he thought maybe needed and they had it in stock. He called me the following day and it was repaired and ready to be picked up. I have used them for previous service work and also body shop work, and I have been satisfied with all the work they have performed. More

Not quite what I expected. Car was there too long. There Was a communication problem. No one seemed to know about the Care Shield coverage. Not sure I want to continue with Car was there too long. After 24 years of using this dealer I am a little disappointed. Eventually my car was repaired. I know it was not the fault of my adviser Curtis. More
