On 02/02/2023 I signed a purchase agreement with Guy S at this dealership for a Bolt EUV. One month later, when the car came in, they sold my vehicle to a different buyer. According to our signed contract, t this dealership for a Bolt EUV. One month later, when the car came in, they sold my vehicle to a different buyer. According to our signed contract, they were obligated to provide me with a similarly equipped substitute vehicle within a reasonable period of time or a full deposit refund + 10% of the deposit. They did not find me another vehicle. I ultimately asked for my deposit + 10% to be returned. The manager Justin H agreed to this request but only refunded my deposit. It is now 9/12/2023, my calls and e-mails are ignored. Honesty is very important to me, when buying from a car dealership. Overall, working with this dealership has been a very negative experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
