I tell him what I want, what I'm willing to pay, what the situation is (i.e. car for daughters, wife, etc) and he delivers, consistently. He's up front with the details and honest, no hidden agenda. Had a problem with my 2007 Cadillac DTS. A part came off the latch that gives entry into the trunk from the back seat.
