Went in at approx. 8pm on March 3 2011. The showroom seemed kind of dark. Mr henderson was there and even though it was close to closing time was very accommodating. Between him and the manager on dut seemed kind of dark. Mr henderson was there and even though it was close to closing time was very accommodating. Between him and the manager on duty, I purchased my vehicle and drove out with it that night. Mr. Henderson was especially accommodating and in the subsequent visits there for various reasons continued to be very customer oriented and went beyond the call of duty even though the sale had already been made. I have been a loyal Ford customer for years but decided to give Chevy a try. I cannot be any happier with my decision and I can honestly say that Chevy has won my family over. Phil Sieli made my wife and I feel very comfortable and provided us with a lot of good advice when it came to us making a final decision. I felt like a member of his family the way he took care of us. Our experience was so positive that we returned to the dealership a few days later and purchased a brand new Cruze for my wife and referred my father in law to Phil who purchased a Silverado. I would also like to commend Mr. Mohamed Babssi who is the Sales Manager at the dealership. Mohamed worked extremely hard to ensure that we were provided with the best rate for our vehicles as possible. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Called to make apt, person answering phone couldn't tell me if they serviced GMC Envoy vehicles. Called service dept, asked to speak to Service Manager. Got voice mail, would call me back. Never did. Drove me if they serviced GMC Envoy vehicles. Called service dept, asked to speak to Service Manager. Got voice mail, would call me back. Never did. Drove to dealership next am, made an apt. for that afternoon. When I pulled in, the computer was down, waited until it came online to be assigned a mechanic. But.. no courtesy car for a necessary errand, TV tuned to FOX, which I would never watch, with no way to change channels, magazines in waiting room a zillion years old or industry propaganda. No complimentary beverages. Told I could take courtesy transportation home, & be picked up, but since I live in Wellington, and it was 4:00 pm and an hour and a half into my 3 hr repair, it wasn't practical. One bright note - service advisor Cheryl was extremely efficient and courteous, and apologetic during my 3 took money out of her pocket and bought me a drink from a machine. BTW, the service manager returned my original call the next day. More
