Had a problem with my 2007 Cadillac DTS. A part came off the latch that gives entry into the trunk from the back seat. Went in at approx. 8pm on March 3 2011. The showroom seemed kind of dark. Mr henderson was there and even though it was close to closing time was very accommodating. Between him and the manager on dut seemed kind of dark. Mr henderson was there and even though it was close to closing time was very accommodating.
