My husband and I went to this dealership in search of our first SUV. Dave was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured at all. We came to an agreement on the Equinox, however, I did not go through w first SUV. Dave was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured at all. We came to an agreement on the Equinox, however, I did not go through with the purchase only because of the space in the cargo area of the SUV. It would not even hold my jogging stroller so I could only imagine the limited space for traveling. I certainly would have purchased the Traverse had it been in my price range. We would recommend Dave to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle and intend to go back to him in the future. More

Purchased a Brand New 2012 Traverse in December, dealership was very kind and helpful before i signed the paperwork. Then when I returned the next day because there was something wrong with my brand dealership was very kind and helpful before i signed the paperwork. Then when I returned the next day because there was something wrong with my brand new Traverse and I was considering returning it(3 day buy back guarantee) I got the run around and was told to come back next week to have service look at it. Well long story short my Traverse has been to the dealer 5 times for the same defect and they still havent fixed it correctly. I told the general manager Rich Ellis that everyone was very nice before I purchased my new vehicle, but after the sale they DONT CARE and quick to pass the buck to another person. I have dealt with every manager in that dealership and now my wife and 2 children (6 months & 2 years) are driving a brand new defective Traverse. I regret purchasing my traverse from this dealership and wish I had gone some where else. BE VERY CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! 11/15/2013 Still having problems with the Traverse a year later, Autonation and GM still are unable to repair the vehicle and refuse to give further assistance to resolve the issues. Mean while my wife and children are driving in a vehicle that sputters and breaks down on regular basis and the dealership and GM cannot find the problem and refuse to take care of there customers. !!!!!!!!!IF YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW GM VEHICLE DO NOT GO TO AUTONATION GREENACRES!!!!!!!!! they only care about there customers before the purchase then your on your own.
