A long awaited buy! I placed an inquiry some months ago about a Traverse that I really wasn't that serious in buying. Isaac reached out to me at that time. I advised him I was just loosely looking and didn't have the means to buy at that time. He was very understanding and didn't pressure me. He did follow up with me periodically though, even just texting me "Happy Holidays" around Christmas time. I though that was very nice and it made me feel as though I was seen as a person and not just money. When we were ready to buy, the only person I felt comfortable calling was Isaac. He was very nice when we finally met and he was very up front and honest with me throughout the buying process. The financial department was fantastic too. Rick took awesome care of me while were were finalizing the financial paperwork. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.
