When we had our air conditioner fixed I thought you did a great job. My service rep Robb Schwartz was fantastic and service was punctual. However on our way home our car overheated in Georgia and my wife and great job. My service rep Robb Schwartz was fantastic and service was punctual. However on our way home our car overheated in Georgia and my wife and I were stranded on the side of rt.I95 in 90 degree heat for five hours waiting for a tow to a Critz Buick dealership . The problem was a cap that was left off the coolant reservoir by your mechanic and all of our coolant was gone. The dealership was concerned that our engine could have been destroyed by the excessive heat but it seems we were lucky and the car is fine. Because of the problem we missed our room connection and had to pay an additional $135 for an extra night. I hope you will convince your mechanic that this was a serious mistake that could have been much worse for all concerned. More
