Terrible experience Although we got the car at the price we wanted I would've never gotten it if I knew the headache to follow. I drove back and forth 5 times from my hom Although we got the car at the price we wanted I would've never gotten it if I knew the headache to follow. I drove back and forth 5 times from my home to the dealership because they "forgot" to give me my temporary registration for the truck. Turned out I didn't need a temporary tag or registration but my tag was still good to transfer. This excuse was the new guy in accounting must have done something wrong or didn't know what he was doing. I was given the wrong papers for my apartment decal sticker, I drove off the lot without insurance on the vehicle because our dealer Richard forgot to do it. His excuse was he thought he did, but it must have been someone else. The truck passed safety inspection but that same night we drove off one brake light was out, the windshield was scratched from the wiper blades. Again we were told it was some cleaner the techs used and it should come off. The brakes started to shake after 3 days and the key started to stick in 2 days. We called and spoke with Scott who was very nice and told me to come back, let them work on the truck and I could use a free rental. 3 days later NOTHING changed but we were told all was resolved and everything was fixed. We replaced the windshield, the ignition switch, the brakes, the alarm sensor and the brake lights. I'll never refer this place to anyone. Terrible experience and we'll never go back again More

Prior to arriving to the dealership I knew exactly which vehicle I was interested in, so my friend contacted Fred Ferrese who immediately reached out to me and started to work on numbers for my trade-in as well as the new vehicle. Fred was extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout the whole process. When we arrived at the dealership Fred officially introduced himself to my family and I, he offered us beverages etc... After spending a few minutes in his office we then looked at the vehicle, went on a test drive and he was able to offer an amazing deal without having to haggle on price. This was the best experience we've ever had at any dealership. Even when introduced to Rick from finance we received the same professional and courteous treatment. No one was ever pushy or made us feel like we had to buy something we didn't want. I was amazed at the honesty and great customer service we received from beginning to the end. Before coming here I was thinking about another manufacturer and dealership altogether but because of this positive experience at AutoNation Greenacres Chevrolet they'll definitely have a repeat customer! More
