Service dept is horrible Luis I went in to the service dept with my brand new vehicle for a warranty issue and Luis the service writer told me it would be about 3 hours to be done. So me and my family decided to wait for it what a mistake I've had problems at this dealership before. They parked my vehicle and it sat in the same spot for 3 hours and didn't even get touched. A bad deal at a bad dealership If you don't like being overcharged, under appreciated, and lied to steer clear of this dealership. They do not stand behind their brand either. A bad cam and lifters on an engine that has 75,000 miles, and not neglected, (regular oil changes) is not something that should happen. And if you do some research you will find many, many more with the same bad parts. But the best they would do is split the repair with me. After the repair was done, I tried to trade it, and they offered me $6000. less than what I paid for it 4 months ago. The Sales Manager said if I told them I was going to trade the truck, he could have gotten the repair done cheaper. CHEAPER than the half they were charging me. Then the charged the diagnostic separate so they didn't have to spilt that with me. And when I called them on it, they would only give me $106. when half would have been $166. They had to beat me out of $60. If I would have not said a word and just paid the original price they quoted me for the repair, can you see the kind of profit they would have made on me. A customer that just came in 4 months ago, and paid cash for a pick up truck. And if you have a problem and ask to speak to the manager, be prepared for them to sit you in an office with an employee that doesn't have the authority to make a decision on ANYTHING. BUYER BEWARE! AUTONATION CHEVY GREENACRES SERVICE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!! MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED IN WITH A FLAT TIRE BY CHEVY ROADSIDE ASSIST. THE SERVICE WRITER CALLLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID I NEEDED 2 TIRES. WHICH I EXOP MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED IN WITH A FLAT TIRE BY CHEVY ROADSIDE ASSIST. THE SERVICE WRITER CALLLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID I NEEDED 2 TIRES. WHICH I EXOPECTED YOU ALWAYS REPLACE AT LEAST 2, HOWEVER HE INSTRUCTED ME THAT MY RIM WOULDNT HOLD AIR I ALSO NEEDED 2 TIRE SENSORS "THEY ARE BROKEN" "YOU NEED AN ALIGHNMENT AND MOUNTING BALANCING , LABOR AND TAX THE TOTAL IS $1379.76!!!!!!!!!!! I NEW HE WAS NT TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE OF HOW NERVOUSLY HE DELIVERED THE NEWS . SO I HAD THE CAR TOWED COST ME ANOTHER $85.00 BUT BROUGHT IT TO GOODYEAR DOWN THE STREET AND THEY REPLACED ALL 4 TIRES WITH BETTERTIRES AND IT WAS JUST OVER $400. THEY SAID THAT THE CAR WASNT OUT OF ALIGHNMENT AND CERTAINLY DIDNT NEED A NEW WHEEL. IT DIDNT HAVE A SCRATCH ON IT SO THE BILL WAS $1000.00 LESS AND I GOT 4 TIRES NOT 2. Could have been better I bought a used truck from AutoNation in Greenacres. To say it was a pleasant experience would not be accurate. The truck I saw online was not at the I bought a used truck from AutoNation in Greenacres. To say it was a pleasant experience would not be accurate. The truck I saw online was not at the dealership when I went to look at it. So I left a deposit on it so I would have first dibs on it when it arrived. Once it was on the lot they called me, and I went to test drive it. It was in good shape, but they had not had time to detail it yet. As we were negotiating the deal, I was informed that the person who posted the truck online had made a mistake on the price. They told me they would honor the price that was posted, and they did. Because of that I felt like they beat me up a little on my trade in, but I still chose to buy the truck. When the deal was written up, they forgot to add in my $200. deposit. When I brought it to there attention they said that it would be refunded to me, and it was about a month later. With such a rush to do the deal, I didn't notice a couple things that were wrong with the truck. I contacted the salesman and he set me up an appointment to have them repaired, and the truck detailed, because it was pretty dirty inside. I was prepared to give them the truck for the day, and they said "you can just wait, it wont take long". After repairs were made they had the salesman take me to the detailer to "show him my concerns". Never in my life have had to tell a detailer how to do his job. Not only did he not take care of what I showed him, he did a very poor job on what I did show him. I feel like because they made a mistake on the price, and I wrote a check for the entire balance (minus trade in), that they just wanted me out of there a quick and as cheap as possible. The salesman was great, and even though he did a good job of hiding it, I could tell he wasn't happy with the way things went either. When he had to tell me to tell the detailer my concerns I know he was uncomfortable, and rightly so. I told the detailer, its dirty just clean it. It was not clean when I got it back. More
