Very disappointed, I was promised with confirmation Email that they would hold car for me for 48hrs. Was told the very next morning that the car is sold after a very contradictory voice mail was left. I ask that they would hold car for me for 48hrs. After emailing Joe Giummo the general manager about the sales practices (I still have not heard anything from him). I am a dedicated GM customer and have been for years.
