I chose 1 star because 0 is not available. Salesman (Al Posillico) was good. 125-point inspection was SEVERELY lacking. Cruise Control did not work 5 minutes after driving away and getting Salesman (Al Posillico) was good. 125-point inspection was SEVERELY lacking. Cruise Control did not work 5 minutes after driving away and getting on I-95 north. It took 5 weeks in the shop to get a repair authorization from Greenacres for a Houston dealer to fix the Cruise Control. The oil pan plug leaked on the 2nd day of ownership and then fell out into the hand of a Jiffy Lube tech. There was an oil pan leak from the start and was found by Houston Cadillac dealer and repaired under 90-day warranty. This has been the most frustrating and angering follow up on any auto purchase in my 70 years of life. More

THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD, IT WAS MINUS STAR APPROVAL. SALEMAN WAS ROBB SCHWARTZ WHO WAS THE SERVICE ADVISOR. HE STARTED OUT WITH A QUOTE OF $5500 AND ENDED UP WITH A QUOTE FOR A FAULTY WATER PUMP INSTALL SALEMAN WAS ROBB SCHWARTZ WHO WAS THE SERVICE ADVISOR. HE STARTED OUT WITH A QUOTE OF $5500 AND ENDED UP WITH A QUOTE FOR A FAULTY WATER PUMP INSTALLATION AT A COST OF $1550. I TOLD HIM TO STOP ALL SERVICE ON MY CAR (AFTER 2 DAY OF WAITING). AND PAYING $264 FOR A DIAGNOSTIVE REPORT, WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED IN WRITING ONLY VERBALLY. I TOOK MY CAR TO THE AUTO SHOP ACROSS FROM MY HOME, HAD IT REPAIRED FOR $360 + TAX, FOR AN ITEM THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH A WATER PUMP. MY RECOMMENDATION FOR ANYONE EVEN GIVING THOUGHT ON GOING TO THIS ORGANIZATION, NEVER EVER GO,, LET ALONE THINKING OF SERVICING A VEHICLE. OR BUYING NEW USED OR OTHERWISE! I PLAN ON TELLING ANY BUSINESS FRIEND, NEIGHBORS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEN TO ME THIS PAST WEEK. TO FINISH, YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES AND THE WAY YOU CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS! More
