I recently visited your service center for an oil change and was told that a shuttle service would be available to accommodate me during the wait. Upon inquiring with the advisor handling my case, I was inf and was told that a shuttle service would be available to accommodate me during the wait. Upon inquiring with the advisor handling my case, I was informed that the shuttle would arrive within 20-30 minutes. However, after a 40-minute wait and no shuttle in sight, I approached the advisor for an update. Surprisingly, after another call to the driver, I was then told the wait time would extend to 1-1.5 hours. Confused and frustrated, I questioned the significant increase in wait time from the initial estimate. The only explanation offered was a brief and unsatisfactory, 'That is what the driver is saying.
