If you have a lien on your car and in need of urgent money, Don’t sell your car here It took 6 trips , 4 weeks after I left my car to get the money back! I sold my Toyota Camry to AutoNation Doral, Miami on 07/28/2013 as I was in need of some urgent money. I sold my car at AutoNation though my car was valuated at CarMax at a similar price just because of the good will I had that the valuation was done at AutoNation prior to CarMax. The sales person advised me that my cheque will be ready in the next 1-2 days as it was a weekend. As I have some small payoff amount left on my lien (Toyota motor credit) the sales person advised me that they will pay off the lien and my cheque will be ready in 1-2 days. He said he will inform me once the cheque is ready. 5 days after I left my car and keys at AutoNation, still I did not get any call from AutoNation regarding my cheque. When I checked back at the store the manager was extremely rude saying that they have to wait for the title to be sent from the lien holder before they give my cheque. When I asked them about their initial promise to give my money in 1-2 days after I left the car, the manager rudely ignored that he did not advise his sales person to say so. The manager also said that he does not have a clue when he would be able to give my cheque and it all depends when they will get the title. Now I realize that, I should have obviously sold my car at CarMax who promised to take care of my lien and promised same day cheque for my money. My car appeared on their website sales list within 48 hrs after I left my car at the dealership. I took almost 6 trips to the store and every time they simply reiterated the fact that they have not received the title. I spoke and confirmed with the lien holder, Toyota motor credit the day they released the electronic title to be available to the dealer. I went to the store that day and again I get the same answer the title has to go through the DMV and they cannot give my cheque till they receive the title. I took almost 6 trips and wasted lots of my time. It took 4 weeks since I left my car with keys at AutoNation before I got my money back . From a customer’s stand point I did my part by signing the sale papers, leaving the car and keys on the same day of the deal.I did not receive my money till after 4 weeks. Obviously I am extremely unhappy and disappointed at the whole deal. They should inform the customers genuinely that they wont be able to give money till they get the title back from lien holders. Personally I would never go to AutoNation Doral for any of my auto needs. My pay off amount is just around 6k but they have lost a customer for life long and potential business of another few people. I had an amazing experience at Autonation Chevrolet Doral. Since I entered the store every salesman was friendly and treated me with respect. They didn"t try to sell a car I didn't need. They saw me with my two kids and they help me choose the best car for my family. When they saw me the understood that safety was my priority and they helped me choose a Traverse. I am in love with my car, and so are my kids. They have plempty space on the car, is not that big but at the same time is not little. It is the perfect car! I recommend this dealer, specially the Sales Manager Arnaldo Bomnin. He had to order the car I wanted, because at that moment they didn't have the color I wanted. I had a great experience. I will come back to renew my lease. Go buy a car at Autonation Chevrolet Doral!!! More

I would 100% recommend Maroone Chevrolet of West Dade to anyone thinking of buying a Chevy. Before my purchase, I shopped around at several Chevy dealers trying to reach the best deal. I gotta say that out of the 4 Chevy dealers I visited, none could match or come close to matching the deal I got at Maroone. My sales associate Jeffrey and store manager Albert were extremely courteous, professional and most of all straight forward the whole process. A few days after the purchase, I wanted to change the mats to a darker color and immediately they placed the order and replaced the mats without charging me a single $. I was ok until then...50 minutes AFTER my appt was set the charter was there (and that was because I start asking around). The good part about this expErience was the driver who was able to acknowledge and deal with my frustration. I was late for work and i need to let u guys know the "areas of opportunity"...what happen when I pick up the vehicule? well, 'someone else' deliver the vehicul;e and the excuse was "the service guy is new, sorry"...not what i was looking in a service, but, can't go back in time. I remember the first time i went to a dealer, they used to lower the payment in order for me to buy, but in this dealer were basicly saying like "get the heck out of here cause we r not getting any lower" overall i didnt feel comfortable here.
